Our team has decades of experience helping individuals, couples and families overcome life’s hurdles and feel fulfilled. We have a passion for working with LGBTQ+ issues, neurodivergent individuals, borderline personality, narcissistic and anti-social personality, severe depression, anxiety, OCD and chronic pain as well as individuals with a history of trauma including PTSD, complex PTSD, developmental trauma and religious trauma.

We offer a very laid-back approach and believe there is no single way to heal, and therefore tailor treatment to the needs of each individual. We use a straightforward client centered approach to help you identify goals and strategies to achieve them.  Immediate in person, virtual, evening and weekend appointments available.

At Restored Hope Counseling, we serve a diverse population of individuals and families. Our skilled team of therapists work with clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults. Together, we specialize in treating a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, personality disorders, OCD, ADHD, neurodivergence and more. We work with couples and families to help them improve communication and strengthen the relationships. We are committed to helping people from different cultures, races, ethnicities, religions, and sexual orientations. We understand the unique problems that these groups may face, and try to make sure that every client feels safe and welcome.

Our Team

Our team of skilled therapists have decades of experience helping individuals, couples and families overcome life’s hurdles and feel fulfilled. We offer specialization in PTSD, CPTSD, developmental, religious and other specific trauma, working with neurodivergent individuals, borderline, narcissistic and anti-social personalities, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, OCD, phobias, eating disorders, addiction, disassociation and chronic pain. We strive for cultural competency and are passionate about LGBTQ & gender identity issues.

Our therapists utilize a variety of techniques to help increase the mind body connection and process emotions and trauma including EMDRIA approved EMDR techniques for complex issues, somatic experiencing, hypnosis, guided meditation and DBT to name a few. We have dedicated child welfare specialists and offer court ordered individual/child/family therapy.

Vanessa Vann

Vanessa has more than 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples and families overcome life’s hurdles and feel fulfilled. She has a passion for helping individuals overcome PTSD, CPTSD, developmental, religious and other specific trauma. Her experience includes working with neurodivergent individuals, borderline, narcissistic and anti-social personalities, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, OCD, phobias, eating disorders, addiction, disassociation and chronic pain. She passionate about LGBTQ+ and gender identity issues.

Tabitha Miranda

Tabitha has more than a decade of experience working with children, families and adults. She utilizes a variety of evidence-based techniques including DBT, CBT and somatic therapies to treat anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD to name a few. Tabitha is LGBTQ+ allied.

Kristina

Kristina has nearly 20 years of experience as a therapist. In addition to Counseling, she has a background in Anthropology.

Kristina has experience working with adults, teens, groups, families, and couples, first responders, active-duty military, and veterans.

Her specialties include anxiety, mood disorders, grief, trauma an PTSD, life changes and parenting.

When life hits hard, it’s good to talk to someone in a safe space. Kristina will hold a space for you to embrace your feelings and vulnerability. She will listen, notice, and challenge you to take emotional risks. She doesn’t believe in a one size fits all approach. Therapy happens at your pace.
